Your complete satisfaction and maybe that of your significant other is very important to us (and potentially your sex life)! You can return the item to us within 32 days for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Remember, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, complete, undamaged, in its original packaging, including all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc… Basically, we must be able to re-sell it as a new item.

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, games, VHS) are not returnable -- we'll exchange it for the same item only if the item is physically defective.

Note that shipping costs are not refundable unless when we fumbled up your order by sending you the wrong item. We do not refund the shipping costs if you refuse to accept your package or give us the wrong address and decide you don't want the product anymore. In these cases only the product costs are refunded (as is the case with all returns that are not due to an error on our part).
